Marinated for 24 hours in brine, juicy chicken breasts are paired with Vietnamese flavours of sweet, spicy and crunchy to create Goi ga aka Vietnamese chicken salad.

Goi ga is THE salad in Vietnamese cuisine.

It is a cold dish made with chicken, cabbage, Vietnamese coriander (rau ram), and dry roasted peanuts, all topped with nước chấm dressing.

Free from: gluten, dairy, soy and sesame.
