Bun Chả Giò is a light and refreshing Vietnamese dish made when springrolls are paired with vermicelli noodles, green lettuce, mint and pickled vegetables. It is then finished off with crushed peanuts and nuoc cham (Vietnamese dipping sauce).

Portion: Serves 2 person.
